Notes 5.0 - New Memo Opens Import Window

When one of my users click on the New Memo, Reply, or Forward from anywhere within her profile, the Import File window opens. I've uninstalled the notes client on her workstation and reinstalled with a clean installation and the problem persists.

Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like there is a problem with the Memo form. Refreshing/rebuilding the database may solve the problem. Gamesman

Thanks for the information. I was about to try your suggestion when one of my colleagues said he fixed the problem. Here's what he did. When you open the mail folder, under the Tools, Preferences, Signature Tab, the user had selected an HTML Signature file, but hadn't chosen an actual HTML file, so with every email created, a signature was being appended from a non existent file. Therefore, the import dialogue window was opening to allow the user to choose one.
