Notes 5.0.7 corrupts my 4.6 replica database

Upgraded from Notes 4.6 to 5.0.7
Mail database replica from 4.6 gets corrupted when updated by 5.0.7. Error message when trying to access an email from replica after update, "Duplicate PUBLIC name V_EMPTY in USE module DocumentConversions". Message repeats 5 times when hitting OK, then finally opens the email.
