I have a user who receives duplicate emails from one sender. The email is being sent to only one person; not a group, etc. Both users are using Notes on our LAN. If the sender requests a return receipt she will receive two receipts (which is logical - just more information). The email is not a reply nor does it contain large attachments (which I read can occasionally cause this problem)
