We are trying to see how notes works with it's type ahead function. I.E. smi = Nicole Smith. We have two users with similar last names but we want one of the users to show up first. When someone types the lastname or part of the lastname of Smith we want Nicole Smith to show up first in the To: field not Adam Smith. This is currently happening with two other users, but it has been so long that nobody seems to know how it was done the first time. We are thinking that it is something in how the template was created, but we can see nothing in the person doc or document properties. Any help would be appreciated.

We have had some difficulties with similar names and I have found that having or not having a middle initial can have some affect on sorting. Leslie
