NotEqualTo/ChangeFont Color?

What is the most efficient way to write a Macro (I'm assuming that would work best) so that if someone puts the wrong data in a cell, the cell turns, say, red? I know it's "not equal to" but how do I get it to change color?
What would be the formula?
