Hello!

I'm a newby in that things of telephony and i need some help. I work in a uruguayan finance company with an Headquaker, Contact Center and some brach office.

We have a Nortel BCM 400 fot the headquaker and the Contact Center with a total of 80 users (40 for head, 40 for contact)

The contact center is in the same place of my headquaker. For growing of the company, we need to move the contact center to a branch office.
All are Nortel phones for central and contact

We need to move the BCM 400 to that branch office and buy a new PBX for central. We need to move the PRI E1 associate to the PBX to that Branch Office. Can you give me some tips? Can you give me some low cost and good quality solution for communications?

On next week, i'll have some reunions with providers that will try tos end me some different things.
it's best to buy a software or Hardware PBX for my headquaker?
Asterisk is compliant with Nortel BCM central? Problems with the phones that will stay in headquaker?
Posibility to implement SIP for conversations between Contact and Headquaker with BCM 400 and Asterisk (???)
What could be a good solution for using the FR and ADSL solution between Head and small bran offices?
Any advice is very welcome!!!
Thanks!
