We are converting to Notes from GroupWise. In goupwise, we use a 'reminder note' to let people in our group know about vaction days, appointments, etc. This shows up almost like a to do item on thier calendar, but does not reserve any time on their calendar. It does show up on our individual calendars, so it seems much more convenient than a group calendar. Can someone who knows notes give me a similar alternative in Notes?
