Not whole parameter list appears in CE 9 Std

Hi

I have a long list of parameters (Countries of the world) set (imported a list) in my Report. However when you run the report using CE 9 Std, only about the top 25% of this appears as parameter options.
Any idea why this would happen?

I thought that only 500 items will load in a drop list for parameters...not positive...
