since power outage,i have problem that the changed data om md110 reverted back.

Do DUSYI; twice.
This will cause both REL1 and REL2 to be overwritten with current programming, but have synchronised time.

now you have got the system into some sort of order try running a FISBIIR=RELX;

y;

where X equates to the latest back up

that should make a safety back up for you
