Not totaling on suppressed numbers

I don't want suppressed numbers to be included in a sum for a group I have.

I know I have worked around this before - but I can't remember how I did it. Bummer!

Any help is appreciated.

It depends on the condition used for suppression.

If that condition does not use any summary fields (subtotals, etc) then you can create a conditional formula using the same conditon:

If <condition> then amount else 0

And then total this column.

You can't do this if the condition uses a summary.
In that case you have to use a running total field with an evaluate condition that matches your suppress condition. Ken Hamady
