I'm not professional of avaya.... however I cannot get support thru my company. Posting here in hopes someone knows how to help!

In my sales career, we use avaya and a pega platform lead system called OSCR for click to dial features.

I'm having an issue with using Avaya Equinox version 3.5.7.30.1 for windows.

I'm able to make calls out to people, I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

Microphone is set correctly with google chrome, and also in audio/video options in avaya.

I of course can't speak with someone directly thru my company for help, nor can i speak to avaya since I'm 1099 and am not paying for the service.


edit: Any help appreciated!
