I'm putting this here, because I'm exactly sure where this should go. If I knew the correct terminology, I probably could look up a solution.

I have an Access database, that keeps track of member contributions. Some how, someone has entered a person 3 times.

I want to combine the records under the 3 identical names into 1 name.

I don't think appending records is what I want because they are all in the same table.

What exactly would be the right terminology to combine these 3 sets of records under one name, and how would I do it. And yes, all three have the exact same fields.

I appreciate suggested solution.

Nevermind. Didnt know I could just copy and paste.
