not showing incomming number

Hi, I have a customer abroad and when they recive a call from outside UK (where the pbx is) they dont get the caller ID. is there some settings in the system (3300 ICP, software release 8.0.11.7)

Check your class of service for trunks and handsets. There are a few options in regards to displaying CLID's
 
hi there, the Mitel is in the UK, and shows caller ID for calls from other people in the UK, but not for calls from outside the UK?

If so, I don't think this is going to be down to settings on the Mitel (but more to whether your phone line provider is sending you the caller ID), assuming the calls that do, and the calls that don't show caller ID, are coming in via the same trunks (ISDN2/ISDN30/SIP)?

Do a CCS trace whilst the calls are coming in to see if you can see the digits. This sounds like a provider issue.
