Not Showing As Read

Dear All - Hello Again
BES4 online and one 8800 handheld does not synchronize the read effect when viewing emails on the blackberry or Outlook...What gives? The settings seem correct, Option>Reconciliation, Delete On is configure for Mailbox & Handheld and on Conflicts settings, Mailbox wins.
Would deleting service book and sending it to handheld do the trick? Perhaps wiping & reactivating?

How long did you give it, as it's not always immediate and if the BES is busy it can take 15-20 mins. The BES does not treat this as priority, message flow is the priority.
