not sending email

I have a database that many people use. One part of this database sends an email automatically with some of the information on the form. Only 1 person cannot send the email, the following error message happens "The password is invalid; the message wasn't sent." This works for everyone else. Can anyone help?

Are you using the docmd.sendobject?

Could be a problem with the setup of the email software rather than access.

I had access and outlook reinstalled and that didn't help. Do you have any idea what part of the setup could be effected?

have you tried sending an email directly from the email software using the same email address of the affected sender?

it could be the setup of the emailer account settings ie pop server, smpt server. But this is not for this Access forms forum.

I tried sending the same exact email manually from outlook and it did not have the problem.

I thought this problem would fit in this forum since it only happens in access.
