I have an IP Office 8.1 and I am unable to send voicemail messages via email. Did cofiguração SMTP server, configured the e-mail in User and set the type of treatment as copies.

What type of voicemail?

Are you able to set an alarm email to yourself, and do you receive them?

What kind of server? You say a windows service? or if you are talking about a SMTP domain is already configured on VMPro.
