Hi Guys,

I am having an issue at the moment with one of the controllers in my cluster. All trunks in the PRI trunk group are showing as Not Seizable.

I have reset the controller a couple of times with no luck.
I have busied the trunk group and returned to service.
I have also busied Cabinet, shelf and slot, including the specific circuit and returned to service.
I have even tried deleting the trunk group members (except the last member) and re-adding them and the trunks are still not seizable.

Is there anything else you guys can think of that I can do to return the trunks to idle? or anything that may be causing this?

much appreciated,
JCCDM

Report to carrier ?
unplug the ISDN connection wait for red led then plug back in make sure it goes green

you might not be able to seize due to a lack of d channel from the other side

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
