Not saving settings Argghhhhhhhhh

Hi, here is my problem, some sites for instatnce, tek-tips.com, fails to remember my username and password, but others do, for exampe hotmail, another one that doens is ebay, but the thing is they all did fine last week, nothing on my end has changed, is this an external problem or someting i can fix,

Are you deleting your cookies? Tek-Tips writes a cookie on your system to store your password, if you delete cookies that is wiped out. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....." [morning]
 
no i havent deleted my cookies all month and i visit the site however many times a day, and everytime i have to type my username and password, and it always says that a cookie has been written etc. like i said this only happens on some sites, not all ove them, thsi is annoying and an inconveniance, please help
