Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2003 and Windows Small Business Server 2003.
Exchange server provides calendaring and the Exchange mailbox holds e-mail.
All e-mai is through ISP.

One user can recieve e-mail only from certain individuals (all on the same ISP), but not from everyone on that ISP.

Checked ISP mailbox and it recieves e-mail from anyone. When the user clicks send/receive, the email dissappears from the ISP mailbox but never shows in Outlook.

Have uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook. Have also deleted/rebuild local mail storage.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if the user has any rules set up in Outlook that might be redirecting or deleting the email upon receipt?

Cheers.

I was able to logon as this user from a different PC. the problem follows the login.
Also OWA shows the same problem.
Somehow, e-mail from MOST users is not getting to her mailbox

No filters found, or anything blocking.
The only thing that worked was delete/rebuild the mailbox by removing/rebuilding the user.

Draconian, but it worked!!!!!

We were experiencing a similar problem. What we finally found was that in Outlook 2003 their are some Junk Mail settings that if the right one is checked it will automatically permanently delete junk mail. It is a rule that isn't a rule. Go to Actions on the mail tool bar and then select Junk EMail-Junk Email Option and then make sure the option that says something about deleting junk mail is unchecked. Hope this helps.
