not refreshing data

I am running CR9 through CE9 and accessing a database via an ODBC driver to create invoices. When my users run the report, but then go into the database and change an address or make a payment to the account and then re-run the report, the data is not refreshed and the changes are not shown. If I have them delete their cookies it seems to work. Has anyone seen this before? Any other ideas besides deleting cookies?

Crystal caches data at X intervals, so you'd need to reset that to allow for up to the second data.

I can't recall where the setting is, perhaps the pageserver or cacheserver.

Do you know where that setting is? I am using the Report Application server which uses ePortfolio Lite.
