Not recieving messages in OWA

Hi all,
I have a user in Exchange 2007 who was using Outlook 2003 but cannot view mails in OWA but can view in Outlook 2003. I tried upgrading the Outlook to 2007, disabled/enabled OWA in Exchange 2007 but nothing worked I checked my user properties in Exchange but no difference.

The only difference I noticed in Options --> About OWA in OWA is that mine has "Outlook Web Access experience: Premium" but hers has "Outlook Web Access experience: Basic"

I also sent a test email she could view it in Outlook but not in OWA.

Where is Outlook set to deliver mail? The mailbox or a .pst file? If it's a .pst file, you wouldn't see the mail in OWA.

Thank you so much 58sniper, her mailbox was set to Personal Folders. I've changed the default to her inbox and the emails are there. is there a way to move the emails into her inbox so she can view them in OWA?
