not recieving mail from one particular user

Hi;
I am a bit perplexed with this situation I have 2 users John and Nancy. Nancy is not receiving mail from John. Nancy does receive mail from all other users and Johns emails are received by all others too. In turn Nancy can send successfully to John. Both are using Outlook2000 and we have Exchange 5.5 sp4. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Check for Rules on Nancy's machine. Also, check in Exchange Admin that John is not on the "reject messages from" list.
 
Thanks for the quick response, There is nothing doing on either of your suggestions unfortunately. There is just the glitch in John's emails to Nancy. I have also tried sending a mail from John to a email group that Nancy is a member of and once again, she is the only member that doesn't recieve the mail sent from John. Any more thoughts?

Yes, there is only one exchange server involved and only a single domain. I even looked in the queue and there was nothing stuck in there either. Nancy continues to get mail, just not mail from John. I appreciate your continued help.
 
Did you try to track a message? See if that yields anything...Also, try setting up Nancy on another machine with a fresh profile so we can rule that out...
 
can you describe how the mail is being sent from john's outlook to nancy? Is this being done from the GAL? Or is nancy part of a PAB?
