I have users that are not getting emails (maybe 1 out of 500) from two of our clients. How do I verify that the problem is not on my side?

Not recieving email

Send the clients an email from their account and see if they get it, then have them reply to the message and see if it goes through. I've seen this happen plenty of times and 9 out of 10, the user on the other end was mispelling the email. Ask the client if they are getting an error message back from your server. Hope this helps.
