not receiving mail

I have created a new mail server( send mail)+open webmail
now i can send out the mails but i cannot receive mails
Mails are coming to my server. i can see the loggs.
But it is not coming to inbox


What could be the problem ?
Anybody can help

Mail usually comes into your server and is put in a file called /var/spool/username where "username" is the name of a user on your system. Once mail gets to that point, sendmail has done its job. Now you need a POP3 and/or IMAP server. If you do not have one installed I would suggest dovecot. It is both an imap and pop3 server. You can get it at
