In mid June this year we changed our name servers and updated our server. We receive mail from most of our clients yet there are a handful that we never receive anything from. They do not get ndr's. I had them flush their dns but that did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you run your own name servers or did you use a hosting company?

If you had a hosting company, then verify they actaully deleted your zones and not just make then inactive.

I had the same issue when we "in-sourced" our DNS. Clients that used the same provider couldn't e-mail us because the provider's DNS servers still claimed to be authority for the domain.

Have the client perform a NSLOOKUP on your MX and A records.
