Recently installed Exchange Server 5.5 on a Windows 2000 Server workstation (with BackOffice 4.5 suite). Have Windows 2000 SP2, and Exchange Server 5.5 SP2 installed.

Set up Internet Mail Service, no error messages seen. Tested IMS by telneting to server on port 25, was able to log in and send an email.

We are able to send and receive email within our network, and are able to send email out to external email addresses.

Problem: can't receive any emails sent from outside hosts (i.e. from hotmail).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
