Not Receiving Emails from Gmail

I am unable to receive email with attachments from gmail accounts. The following error message is delivered to the sender's account:

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Technical details of temporary failure:
TEMP_FAILURE: Connection was dropped by remote host (SENT_MESSAGE)

Does any one of you have any ideas about this error?
