Not receiving emails from certain email clients

I currently have two ways to access my email inbox.

1. via microsoft outlook express on a webmail domain
and/or
2. via horde webmail domain

for some reason, i receive emails in my horde inbox from hotmail and twitter but these dont show when i try and login via microsoft webmail. On top of this, i receive emails from google which show up in microsoft webmail but not in the horde webmail.

Does anyone know why this maybe?? Also, on the website we have a contact form which is sent to the same inbox i am talking about above but nothing appears in either. They used to appear but after trying it recently, it doesnt seem to be working. Nothing has changed on the site so can't see it being a website issue.
