Here are two issues that some of my users are having. Any thoughts, suggestions, or help would be greatly appreciated.

(1) I searched her mailbox and she stopped getting emails from this guy on July 12th. He sent one on 7/12 that she rec'd 7/15 and there are several @expedia addresses in the spam folder but no zroth@expedia.com.

(2) Automatic suggesting resets after each logout.

Okay, after a little research, I found the solution to the "automatic suggesting resetting after logout" issue. here is the solution that I used:

try renaming the *.NK2 file for your profile (C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook) and restart Outlook. Outlook will create a new one for you.

Note: you can rename or delete the NK2 file if you want to get rid of all addresses in your autocomplete file.

Outlook 2000/98 doesn't offer autocomplete, only autoresolution. Autoresolution information is stored in a file with the extension 'nick'. You can delete it to reset your autoresolution data.

Hope that this can be useful to anyone else with the same issue.
