Not Ready state

Has anyone seen an issue with Not Ready, we had an agent who states that you did indeed log out of the handset on Friday but the RTD and myself saw he way sin Not Ready for 65+hrs over the weekend. Does anyone know if there has been an issue with an Agent stating they logged out but the handset still has them in Not Ready- If I only saw it on the RTD then may be an issue but I saw the actual phone in Not Ready as well

Hi Wanyne. We have had this problem here with particular users. Although I have always managed to 'prove' that it was user error. One of the users I had to watch for hours on end and finally discovered that they were not lifting off the MSB key properly before pressing again for logout.

99% of the times it is the agent! When you finally get time to sit down and watch the agent, the suddenly problem stops. Just keep it monitored......
