Not Ready Reson Codes on the RTD.

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to get the not reason codes to appear in the NR Reason column in the realtime display, I put the set on not ready, ActCode button flashes, I enter code, press the button again, and that should be it however on the RTD its not visible....
Any ideas on this, thanks in advance...

you have to add that column to your display. this is only available for swc or ccms, it is not available if you're using the legacy client.
