Not Ready Reason Codes

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know how to get the Not Ready reason (we have a list of 6 reasons for an agent to be in Not Ready mode) to show up in the "In Calls Status" on the Real-time display?
 
Are you referring to real time display on the Symposium "classic" client or on a Symposium Web Client server? If it is the latter, then you can pull up displays and customize. Choose Standard Agent display - save Private Copy, giving it a name. Now you should see the properties page of your new display. There are 3 tabs at top: Properties - Columns - Filters. Choose Columns and then the Add Fields button. Choose the one for the not ready reason code and add it to your report. That should do it. However, if you are using the Symposium "classic" client (a/k/a "fat" client), this option is not available to you.

Thanks for your response. I know we're not using the web client so I guess it's the "classic" client. Am I correct in assuming there is no way for me to view this information?

 
No, not to my knowledge. That was one of the features introduced for the Web Client. Do you have release 4.2 Symposium? If so, you would have received the Web Client software as part of your system, and could deploy the Web Client if it is important to you..
