Not Ready Reason Codes

Hi,

We have had not ready codes setup for a while now but only recently started using them, the problem I am having is that they are not working on some of the phones, I have compared the TNB of a phone where the codes work to the TNB of one of the phones where these are not working but there are no differences. on both phones we have key 6 = NRD and key 4 = ACNT.

I have checked the printout for the acd queue in ld 23 and NRAC is set to yes.

Has anyone came across this?

do an idu on the set, you may see that on older rls phones..
from command line of the pbx

on the tn of the working set and the non working, do a stare and compare. this command does not require a de-acquire

NRAC is put on the ACD DN in LD 23. Are the two sets built on the same ACD Queue (Key 0)? It may be that you need to turn it on for another queue.

Hi,

Just an update, the initial phones that did not seem to be working suddenly started registering the Not ready codes, we think this is a symposium fault - the server is misbehaving this morning with various errors including very high memory usage, we had an application error in Nioam_sr.exe.

We are going to restart the server and see whether this cures any of the problems
