For some reason I'm experiencing some problems with 2 agents when I run the report Agent by Activity Code, they do not apear on the report but I can see them in mi monitor when they place an activity code.

In top off that I have another Agent who some times you can see in the monitor when I had placed an activity code, but most off time you can not see the code he has placed.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Check that activity codes are in the phoneset programing, delete one of the agents and copy an agent that works fine,
