Not Ready Reason Codes not showing up on reports 2

I have programmed in LD23 NRAC =yes, the agent phones have the ACNT key, the Not Ready Reson codes are defined in Symposium, and I have reset the switch. However, my reports still do not show the Not Ready Reason codes. I have checked the interval, daily and weekly reports. All do not show the Not Ready Reason codes. I have Symposium 5.0. My agents are pressing the following:

Not Ready key
ACNT key
the Not Ready Reason code
ACNT key

I have tried using single digit and multi-digit codes as well. They still do not show up. Any ideas?
