Does anyone know how to install codes into the symposium/Opt 11c to allow management to know why an agent went into not ready state? For example, not ready reason 1, smoke break, reason 2 nap time.....

Yes, you add what activity codes you want in Symposium (under Switch Admin and then Activity Codes)and put an Activity (ACNT) key on the sets you want. Good Luck!
By my experience you shoud also go to LD 23 in Meridian switch and change NRAC prompt in ACD data block to YES (default is NO).
Also our call center management required this service – it works, but in SCCS rel 4.0 :
- on line info is not possible, you have no info on Real Time Display,
- Agent can put every NR Reason, if there is no instant supervision,
- Just history report Not Ready Reason Codes By Agent gives info about this activity.
That is why on our Symposium sites NRD Reason service is implemented but in fact hardly ever used. It would be great service to have code info on RTD , . . . maybe in next SCCS releases.
In Symposioum, I want to put numerous not ready codes for my call center reps. i have turned on NRAC and input the not ready reason codes in Symposium. I also put a ACNT key on all agents phone. Am I missing something? Can I run a report and see the NR codes on eadch agent? When I turn on the NR code for an agent, Does anything say, in Symposium, what reason code he/she agent is in? Or does anything show up on the display of the phone. Please advise !!
