Not ready codes used on M3904's

I have been told by my vendor that I can't use M3904's and Not ready activity codes. They said only M3905's will work. Is this true?

My customer has 2616's and we are have implemented Symposium. Is this why Not Ready doesn't work? Thanks

quasitek, check to see if you have NRAC = yes in the ACD queue those phones are programmed in. And check in LD 17 to see if DCUS = 1 so you can build an ADS block. If you need to change DCUS, you may need to ini the PBX.

You just put an ACNT key on the phone.

On the phone, yes. You have to have the system/queue programming also done (see earlier posts) and the feature package for Not Ready Activity Codes.
