Not Printing Fonts

CR9 and CE9

We are using a bespoke font for company Logo.

I have created a report using this font and it displays and prints from Reports fine.

I have added new font to CE server and report previews on CE and prints via a PDF with correct font. If I print preview ie Browser print and font shows correctly. I can not print from PDF as this causes formatting issues ie font size changes and page footer refuses to stay at the bottom of the page.

However, if I select print output (Print set up tab) to produce an automatic printer out put, layout problems go away, but I lose the new font.

Any suggestions?

Yes. Either change to a font which everyone has. Or Use the font to create the writing in a .gif image file, and add that to the report instead.
