Not print Header and Footer

I had a form that users can print from the browser but don't want it to print the url and date when I send it to the printer. I know there is a page setup on the browser, but is there a way to do it within the html?<br>

The same problem i am facing with header and footer. The only solution i found is the API. If any other solution please let me know. Thank you.

I found this title &quot;Controlling Header and Footer&quot; in microsoft site, that explains how to remove the header using page setup. It is not what u guys wanted, but it'll help others I believe.
