Not passing variables?

HELP!

Ive set up a message board using code from sourceforge.
However, for some odd reason the pages are not passing variables correctly. Whats even stranger is that it works perfectly when i run it from my own computer. But I have not managed to get it to work using any other.

Any ideas what the problem may be?
