Not onFile/Being Invoiced Work Tickets

I have this message when i'm trying to do my dail transaction register,
" Unable to Update the Daily Purchase Journal"
" Not on File/Being Invoiced Work Tickets:"
"0052216-001-000"

How can I fix this, It must be in the sales order history.

This sounds like a JOB-OPS error message. Are you trying to receive on an invoice for a work ticket that has already been closed?

That's what I was guessing. We do have Job-OPS. Let's say that is Work Ticket or Sales Order is closed, Can I change the status to Open and perform my receive of invoice? My Accounting Department lost the paperworks for this PO and they are trying to reprint this receive transaction.
