Not letting me include file in project

I copied some files (.aspx) into my current project and when I try to right-click on it in the Solution Explorer, it won't let me include it in the project, i.e. it is disabled.

What can be going on here?

Try clicking on the project and selecting add existing and navigate and include the file this way... not sure what the issue is with the right click.
