Not in Time Window 1

Recently I have been getting a rash of "Not in time window" errors cropping up from Info 7.5. It looks like the instance is running twice, one w/out error and the second w/ the time error message. I have checked the allowed scheduling options which are wide open. With the successful instances, users are getting their reports, but would still like to resolve the issue to clear up my error reports.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated!
