Not Goldmine but Heat

Different Product but I hope someone familiar with HEAT monitors this forum.

In Heat you can attach files to tickets. Is there a table that is keeping up with these attachments? If yes, what is the table name?

We are on Heat version 7.0

Hi,

It checks the HEATINI file and gets the Path from the 'Paths' setting.

Select Contents from HEATINI where INISection = 'Paths' and INIEntry = 'Call Attachments'

It then places the file under the Call ID of that path.
