Not going into Voicemail

I have some users that are apart of an ACD queue, when they put their phone on make busy, it doesn't go into voicemail. It just keeps ringing.

Any ideas?
 
lots of them ...
what all programming have you checked?
post the tnb output for the set in question
 
are you talking about their secondary dn?.. is it all sets or just a certain ones.. if one set works right, then compare the cls marks fdn and hunt targets.. if none of them work look at your acd group 1st then rdr data

It appears to just be about 7 phones lines, there are some that work, which is really weird. I will compare the two.
But if they have make busy/not ready shouldn't it go directly to voicemail?
