Not getting D-channel messaging via MSGI

hi all, have a strange one today. Trying to trace some calls on one of our PBX's and when i turn on MSGI in LD 96 i get nothing even though i know the call is hitting that T-1. i can run a trace on the set in LD 80 and see the trunk and member but d-channel messaging is not working.

is it a carrier problem or something in the ADAN settings that was never turned on? is it not turned on in the Route? stumped....

In LD 96 do a stat mon, you will probably have to do an enl mon tty

like KCFLHRC says LD 96 "stat mon", is msgi/msgo set against the DCH's, "enl mon tty" to tell the switch to output the messages to the TTY's. Also the TTY you are on needs a user of MTC.
