Not getting CDR data over analogue trunk

Hi All,

I'm experiencing problems where I'm not getting CDR data on analogue trunks.

The client currently have 8 analogue trunks form the Telco provider that terminates onto a XUT card.

There's currently 2 routes configured on the PABX. 2 of the trunks are used for cell routers and the rest for normal landline calls to the Telco provider.

I am getting CDR data when making cellphone calls which goes over the cell routers but not for landline calls.

I have confirmed that CDR is enabled on both routes.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Against CDR in the RDB for the analogue trunks, you have it set to YES along with the other settings after it?. Can you log in via a serial port and set that port to allow CDR calls to be displayed?.

Can you print off your CDR settings in LD 21 and also your RDB's please?.
