I have a Norstar Meridian with several lines in a hunt group. Inbound calling is fine, but every now and then when a caller tries to get an outside line, they can't get a dial tone, just dead air. Any suggestions?
One of your lines could also be out. If you dont find any non-existent lines, then you need to take a buttset to your incoming CO’s to check for dial tone. (or call a tech )
