Not getting all mail

My exchange server seems to be working some what. Most of my users send and recieve mail but som clam that either it takes days to recieve mail or that they do the person sending gets a message "Mail undeliverable" any suggestions

you can try to enable the tracking log feature

and make sure when they sending email, they typed in the correct address without copying it from somewhere, sometimes they will also copied the single quoate around the actual address which make any address invalid
