I have a customer with a 9600 that just needs me to change x2851 from forwarding to vmail to now goto a different extension instead. I have deleted the forwarding for all conditions (used to goto DSTNO 0 = 3000 = pilot of v.m.)
now I assigned DSTNO 18 = x6918, and changed the forwarding conditions to DSTNO 18. However after that change the x2851 still forwards to ITS mailbox after the RNA and not to the other phone, even thought I check, and check again that it is now on DSTNO 18 and not the v.m. one. I have done a SAV CCD after the change just to make sure it took, but for some reason it will not work. EVEN if I CANCEL ALL FORWARDING it STILL goes to his v.m. Anything im missing? ( on site it is NOT manually forwarded)

dis stsvd to make sure it is not manually fwd.
also check the fwd condition of 6918.

This thread is quite old, and perhaps you've already solved this issue. If not, for what it's worth, you might also try the Universal Cancellation Codes for the switch. DIS NP,,0 and look for FNO-435 for the access code. Then, from any phone set with that FNO in the COS, enter the access code, followed by "3" (for BL/DNA) followed by the extenison. Universally registered forwardings don't always show up int the DIS STSVD display.
